Yahoo Ping fails

How do I troubleshoot the Yahoo Auto Notify and Ping failures? My sitemap creation results email indicates that the Yahoo ping is failing.

make sure that Yahoo ID entered in options is correct and try to manually open this URL:

Is that supposed to do anything? No matter what I do that says it submitted successfully.

Yes, it should work correctly then. Could you please open a support ticket with ftp access for troubleshooting?

OK, I got this to work properly (at least when I manually submit with the URL):

But the automated sitemap cron job email always says that the ping failed.
