That link goes to the vBSEO Affiliate Program. It doesn't cost anything to join the affiliate program (you MAKE money by referring people to buy vBSEO), but that's not what we're talking about here.

Go to: AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Options

Find the field where you enter your Yahoo Application ID. Look to the left, in the description for that field, and it has a link to Yahoo's site where you can get an application ID.
