Yahoo ping

I`m still on vbseo sitemap generator 2.2.
I`m not going to upgrade just now, although I have an issue.
I logged in today and I saw in yahoo site explorer, the feed there dated on 5 feb. And everytime in the past, when the sitemap ran, it never pinged yahoo right.
Is this solved ?
Do I need to upgrade vbseo sitemap to make this work ?

I have no Yahoo Application ID entry in my vBSEO, and I`m using v3.3.

Hmm ... I got an ID. We will see if it works.

In my admin cp/vbseo_sitemap setting I dont see any place to put a yahoo id.

Also I see something for add-ons, what is this for?

you should only submit your site in yahoo https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit
the add=ons is for other vbulletin plugins like photo post,vbtube.....etc

Im a little lost here after a while of not following vbseo new features.

So vbseo sitemap do not ping yahoo automatically?
I thought I should get a code or pi frmo Yahoo and add it to my vbseo sitemap generator via the admincp

Those addons, where can I read about them?


So I dont have to uplaod the files in the "addons" folder when I upload the files to my server? those are optional?

Yes if you didn't have any Add-on like vbtube....etc you can didn't upload them
