Wrong indexed links in Google !

Today i have noticed that Google indexed the wrong links !

Example :

Google indexed this : http://www.mywebsite.com/forum/109-a/
Real links is : http://www.mywebsite.com/forum/109-mobile-videos/

the most important keywords are not exists in their indexed links !!

What shall i do ??

Have you changed your URL formats at any time?

Does it happen on all your thread or just one of them ?

No i haven't changed them at any time .

and Yes it happens for all my Forums (not threads) .

p.s i have upgraded to the latest version at the release time .

No , you are still using 2.2 version . You need to upgrade to vBSEO Sitemap Generator 2.5 .

ah my bad ! i have installed the newest version and then deleted all sitemaps files and regenerated all again .

now i have this warning msg in google :

Make sure that you have "Include Old URLs" option disabled, that might be the reason.

do you have a proper 404 page set up? if that page doesn't exist but it doesn't throw a 404, then it will continue to be indexed.

yeah i have 404 page set up but the links that the links that i'm talking about are Exists but via a Wrong link in google ! i dunno how it can be possible .

I just tested that link with Google robots.txt analyzer tool and it's allowed:

so, the "roboted out URLs" message must be related to something else.

there was many other links today but with ur reply help i found how to analyze Robot text file via Google webmaster tools . it shows the exact line that we have problem with .

here is the Result of that analyze :
Blocked by line 15: Disallow: *.htm

i removed *.html before . i didnt know *.htm will make any problem .

Removed that line and will wait for result . i will update this thread after that .
