Windows 2008 Dedicated 64 Bit Server - 404 Error

We just upgraded VBSEO on our server, and we immediately got a 404 error on the entire site: http://www.writeaprisoner.com/forum.php I opened a support ticket some hours ago, but I am of course anxious to get the forum back up ASAP. Anyone know what would cause the forum to go 404 error after an upgrade? No settings have been changed. Better yet, know a fix? Support ticket people are awesome over here, but we've had a lot of VBSEO issues lately since upgrading servers, and the down time has caused Google to hit our forum rankings very hard. If you have any suggestions, we're ready to get right on them.

You need to make sure you either install ISAPI_rewrite rool on IIS6 or use default rewrite tool on IIS7 and save correct rewrite rules designed for those versions.

Thanks for the reply, Mert! I'm pulling my hair out here. We have installed IIS 7 Rewrite Module on the site, and it was working fine until upgrading to the most recent version of VBSEO. Would anything have changed that would require us to make a change to IIS 7 even though it was working fine before the upgrade?

No , config file supplied within vBSEO package works correct. What are the rules are you using right now ?

I don't know them exactly, as I have a VB programmer doing the upgrades, but I can tell you that they are the same they were when VBSEO staff came into the site a couple days ago to fix the original VBSEO 404 error that we got when we upgraded servers. We haven't made any changes for fear of creating problems. The login information for our site is still in the open ticket if you want to take a look? Otherwise, I can ask my VB programmer to post them here when he gets up.

Nothing has changed on the forum.
We upgraded vbulletin with the old vbseo and everything worked as it should.
Once we uploaded the new vbseo files, and product, the site is down.

What can we check since nothing should of changed?

ps.. we've even disabled all plugins via the config file, still 404 errors
also I was able to make it to the admincp, disabled vbseo from there, still errors.
even after un-installing vbseo, we get 404 errors.
What exactly did vbseo do to get this working last week?
