Warnings: URLs not followed

hi everyone

recently i got this warnings in my sitemap

URLs not followed
When we tested a sample of the URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs were not accessible to Googlebot because they contained too many redirects. Please change the URLs in your Sitemap that redirect and replace them with the destination URL (the redirect target). All valid URLs will still be submitted.

how can i fix this

Do you have the 'include old urls' option enabled? if so, disable it.

No problem

I get the same warning from Google Webmaster Tools about my sitemap, but in vBSEO sitemap generator the setting for include old urls has always been disabled.

Any other suggestions?

can you paste an example link google says is bad?

The url in the quote above is actually:
http:// forum.use-ip.co.uk/25-post2.html
(I inserted a few spaces to stop it being read and converted to a link when I post it for you to see)

that's a showpost link.

Since you use the 'replace with permalink' option, the show post url no longer exists.

disable including showpost from your sitemap, and these should go away in a couple days.

Please use regular black text palsman.

On older folks such as Joe it is hard to read with different color fonts and sizes. Keeping it black is good for most eyes.

What are example urls you are receiving this error ?
