I have enter my sitemap to google http://www.forums.tunedtech.ca/sitemap.xml and the status of my site my said WARNING

message from google sitemap.

make sure that you do NOT select "Always" for "Frequency" settings and regenerate sitemap.
Also, the vBSEO Sitemap Generator should create sitemap as http://www.forums.tunedtech.ca/sitemap_index.xml.gz (not sitemap.xml)

the frequency is not set to always. its set to daily, weekly, and monthly
for the http://www.forums.tunedtech.ca/sitemap_index.xml.gz this
this page is not working. how can i make this work?

What is your .htaccess file content?

what you mean?

I mean the content of ".htaccess" file that is located in your forums folder.
It might be a good idea to open a ticket with FTP access if you need assistance.
