    vbseo_all.xml doesn't include $vbseo_forum_slugs

Just upgraded to Gold and found that downloading and then after upgrading importing the downloaded vbseo_all.xml as the upgrade instructions say does a great job, except it misses the $vbseo_forum_slugs array which is pretty darn important.

The forum slugs feature is still in the beta stage and was not included in importing/exporting function. It will be included in the next vBSEO build though. Thank you for the notice!
