VBSeo sitemap and VB Blog issue

Have been using VBSeo for years with great success but have never been able to get the site map generator to work, so I thought I would have another go, seems to be close to correct but just stops short and gives this error which I cannot find on the forum search any ideas?..I presume its an issue with blog

You should upgrade to vBSEO 3.3.0 as vBSEO 3.0.0 doesnt support vB Blog rewrites.
