    your file is here:
    http://windows7center.com/forums/sitemap_index.xml.gz

looks like you added in 'smap' as a directory that doesn't exist.

You should make sure Sitemap Files URL setting is set to empty , delete all your existing sitemap files manually within vbseo_sitemap/data folder and then regenerate your sitemap files.

I am having a similar problem. I upgraded from sitemap 2.5 to 3.0 over the weekend. Ever since then I get a page not found when I go to the vBSEO sitemap reports link. I thought maybe it was because I had an older vBSEO so I renewed that and got it up to date this morning, but that did not fix my sitemap problem. When I go to the vBSEO Sitemap Reports link I get a "page not found" error. My setting for sitemap files URL is blank. I deleted existing sitemap_ as suggested above. I can manually regenerate the sitemaps from the scheduled task manager. Google Webmaster tools shows my sitemaps as broken since the upgrade. How do I fix the reports page to not be the "page not found" error and get Google and others happy with my sitemap files? How bad is it to try and downgrade back to sitemap 2.5? This is for my forum at Email Questions - Email Help Desk and Discussion Forum Thanks!

It doesn't look like you've uploaded the vbseo sitemap folder at all.
    http://www.emailquestions.com/vbseo_sitemap/ returns a 404.

check that you've uploaded it to the correct place.
