Hey Josh,
sitemap 2.5 is not compatible with vb4. You must install 2.6 beta2.

Disabling tags in 4.0.1 appeared to work with 2.5

Still, you should upgrade to 2.6. All the urls in the sitemap may not be accurate even though it processes.

2.6 is best suited with vb4, sitemap generator 2.5 is only for vb3 forums.
