Just notice that vBSeo Sitemap 2.5 has a Priority Range instead of a fixed value. This is correct?
I notice too that changed URL's in Sitemap have decreased ... why?

Yes prioirty range is a new option in Sitemap Generator 2.5 which is implemented mainly to prevent sama priority warnings in webmaster account.
The decrease may have various reasons such as , deleted threads , removed tags etc..Mert Gökçeimam / Crawlability Inc.

I haven't deleted nothing.
Could be the range values? I was using Brian's Sitemap values with 2.2

No range values is not related to that. Range value is for priority. Please compare the number of files included in sitemap with yesterdays and todays results to see what caused the change.
