vBSEO license usage error

I've seen this error all over forum.
This should not a happens to a paid costumer no matter if is being configured or not. I don't have paid for people to see this error instead of my forum.

You can uninstall current vBSEO version (remove all vBSEO files and vBSEO product in vBulletin admincp) and then install another version instead.

Is it ok for you to let me know your vbseocp password?
