URL not under sitemap path

What do I do about those?

My sitemaps are uploaded to google under the mustangevolution.com/forum/ link

/ or /forum/ for the .htaccess modification in that link?

That line should be included into the root folder (http://www.domain.com/.htaccess).

alright figured it out... had to change forums to forum

So I should submit them under mustangevolution.com or mustangevolution.com/forum/?

Alright it seems since I have done this I do not have my / pages being indexed into the sitemap. For example this one: http://www.mustangevolution.com/ford...y-information/
