[Urgent Help Needed] Forum Url changes

Hello, ive installed a fresh verson of vbseo3.2.0 but i have a serious problem that concerning url change. My site forum url instead of http://mydomain.com/f12,
has automatically changed from default
http://mydomain.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2
to
http://mydomain.com/announcements
Actually the domain does not bodder me much except for All my images gone! All my images supposed to be under url http://mydomain.com/images/themes/buttons/newthread.gifwas messed up with http://mydomain.com/announcements/buttons/newthread.gif

Also, all my post does not work now just like when u clicked help section; http://mydomain.com/helpsection, it just shows back to the index page listed as http://mydomain.com/helpsection but no images showing up...

Please help would be appreciated fast
