still getting errors

Not sure what's wrong but I still get errors from Google saying the sitemap is an unsupported format and when I click on it I get this error from my site:

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/vbskinwo/public_html/forum/vbseo_sitemap/vbseo_getsitemap.php on line 45

Make sure that data/downloads.dat file permissions are set to 0666.

It is but the error still occurs

Please try to remove the downloads.dat file so that vBSEO recreates it ("data/" folder permissions should be set to 0777).
