Sitemaps submitted ?
In webmastertools, I am getting :
- Errors for URLs in Sitemaps: 244
- Index status: You have not submitted any Sitemaps. Submit a Sitemap to help Google discover pages our crawlers might not otherwise find. ..

It is contradictory.

How to check if sitemaps have been submitted for indexing ?

You should manually submit your sitemap in webmaster account.

I thought sitemaps was automatically submitted to Google.

I have to do it every day ;(

It is pending, wait for it to finish that and it should be on Ok once they run it again..

To clarify--
you need to SUBMIT it once to your account to track stats.
After that, run it runs daily, vbseo sitemap PINGS google to let them know a new/updated version exists.
