vBulletin 4.x Sitemaps created yet losing indexed threads, no google errors

We have been having issues with vbseo sitemap for 2 weeks since we moved our forums to a new url which previously worked fine for a couple years. We have set up the cron job and the past couple days and it has created sitemaps however while the sitemap looks to have no errors that we can see we are losing indexed threads in google web tools which is showing no errors. We have tried lots of things at this point and need more advanced help.

Its not the PHP mem limit, its not the SQL timeout, Its obviously not cron related, well it is, but its not a problem on our end as far as we can tell. We run suPHP, typical PHP libs for vB, cURL, Newest PHP, Apache 2.2 with csf/clamav

Any suggestions, questions or advice is very much appreciated.

We were up to 150k indexed out of 192k, and have dropped to 76k. Yes the sitemap appears to load fine. Now when we manaully create a sitemap map and submit to google our index threads go up daily but when the cron job is submits to google it loads fine BUT we lose indexed threads each day. So how is this different is the question and how can it be fixed.

I've watched the sitemaps for the past several days since the cron job was set up. I've watched our indexed threads go down each day along with our traffic. Basically whenever the Yahoo submission fails then thats when the indexing goes down.
