Sitemap v3 error

I did a manual process of the sitemap, and got this...after the
error, it still ran through the process as if it was doing the
sitemap, not sure if this error is a big deal or not.

You likely have another plugin hooked at 'global_start' is causing the issue. Try disabling each plugin/add-on that uses this hook and then try to regenerate your sitemaps.
