Sitemap Problems

Hi,
I am getting errors and warnings on the sitemap.

Code:

 Line Status Details  - General HTTP error: 404 not found 
We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.   HTTP Error:
     Problem detected on:  404 (Not found) Help      
     Sep 26, 2008  - URLs not followed 
When we tested a sample of the URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs were not accessible to Googlebot because they contained too many redirects. Please change the URLs in your Sitemap that redirect and replace them with the destination URL (the redirect target). All valid URLs will still be submitted. Help     HTTP Error:

Hello ,

You should disable include showpost urls to sitemap option , delete all your current sitemaps that is located inside vbseo_sitemap/data folder and re generate sitemaps.

After two days again these warnings :S

Are you including old URLs in your sitemap settings?

You should also disable "Include old URLs" option and regenerate sitemap.
