do you have custom URLs added to sitemap in extra-urls.txt file? Since your sitemap is located in forums/ folder, all included URLs should be at the same level or below (i.e., starting with http://www.hometheatershack.com/forums/).

Yes... I had those three files in the extra-urls.txt file. I just deleted the file.
