SiteMap Generator + Memcached = error

Hello

we get an error when trying to access the sitemap reports. SiteMap creation is working and Settings are reachable from the vB ACP, but not the reports.
We get the following: "Fatal error: Memcache is not installed in [path]/includes/class_datastore.php on line 186"

Memcached is up and running and serving our site, vB and vBSEO is configured to use it (?)

We use vB3.8.5, vBSEO 3.3.2, vBSEO SiteMap 2.5.

We managed to fix the error by restarting memcached during maintenance window - for some reason it didn't work, but now all is fine
