Sitemap errors out

I noticed that my sitemap would bomb out via cron but I could run it manually. But tonight I tried to run it manually and it error'd out too.
Any suggestions?

I recently upgraded to the most recent PHP. Not sure if this is related or not.

Please try to reinstall vBSEO Sitemap Generator (remove vbseo_sitemap/ folder and then reupload it).

I did a 'rm -r vbseo_sitemap' yesterday and reuploaded per your instructions.
Woke up today to another fail though:

Are you able to regenerate sitemap manually via vbseo_sitemap/ interface?

Yes. Just tried it. Haven't tried it twice.
