sitemap errors with google account?

I have add my sitemap to my google account. And I get this error?

Please change the URLs in your Sitemap that redirect and replace them with the destination URL (the redirect target). All valid URLs will still be submitted. Help

Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

Hello,

please click "Details" link to find out example URLs that are reported.
If there are original vB URLs, you should disable "Include old URLs" option, remove all *.gz files from data/ folder and regenerate sitemap.
