What error do you receive when you upload .htaccess that comes with vBSEO.

this what i have on my .htaccess file
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /forum

    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^Index of /
    RewriteRule (.*) http://www.cellphonesmarket.com/forum/$1 [L,R=301]

    RewriteRule ^((urllist|sitemap_).*.(xml|txt)(.gz)?)$ vbseo_sitemap/vbseo_getsitemap.php?sitemap=$1 [L]

    RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} !vbseourl=
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(admincp/|modcp/|chat|cron)
    RewriteRule ^(.*.php)$ vbseo.php?vbseourl=$1 [L,QSA]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !.(jpg|gif)$
    RewriteRule ^(archive/.*)$ vbseo.php?vbseourl=$1 [L,QSA]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !^(admincp|modcp|clientscript|cpstyles|images)/
    RewriteRule ^(.+)$ vbseo.php?vbseourl=$1 [L,QSA]
and it doesnt point towards my site where domain.com/forum should be the the page pointing to. I am trying but no result.
Also when i trying manually typing in to go deeper into the site site.com/forum then i get the following error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/therateu/public_html/cellphonesmarket/forum/includes/config_vbseo.php on line 43

    Hello,

try to reupload config_vbseo.php file. If it doesn't help, please open a support ticket with ftp access for troubleshooting.
