Site map producing bad URLS

URLs not accessible
When we tested a sample of the URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs were not accessible to Googlebot due to an HTTP status error. All accessible URLs will still be submitted.

This url doesn't exist, yet the site map is still generating it? Anything I can do to fix?

Have you checked that it is physically in your sitemap xml file?

Well I tried to find, but was unable to locate anything even close. Why would it be showing if I can't find it?

That is my point.. it's probably not there. Webmaster tools is not real time... it can be as much as 2 weeks behind.

it looks like a spam user that was banned, so showing a 404 is correct. it will drop out on its own in due time.
