Site map generation errors after moving servers

I am getting these errors when trying to manually run sitemap generator. Any advice would be appreciated. Could it be related to the fact that this has changed /home/bbrackman/ from /home/mydroidw/? If so, how would I go about fixing it?

try deleting all the .xml.gz files in the /data folder and re-generate manually.

    Make sure you are submitting

    .com/forums/sitemap_index.xml.gz

Ok, I have that set correctly. It downloaded an old sitemap, the new one has approximately 300 new urls. When I search for the file its not in /forums/
does it pull the file from vbseo_sitemaps? If so why would it not be pulling the correct index_xml.gz

This is what the current site map is

The one google is pulling only has 3278 urls, as you can see I actually have 3576
Should the .htaccess file in /forums/vbseo_sitemap/data/ be written with "Deny From All"?

I submitted .com/forums/sitemap_1.xml.gz and it pulled all the url's. I am sure this will not work but just curious why it pulled all the urls

Delete it, submit the index. Google will load the index and follow it to the individual maps with actual URLs in it.

The index is a reference to _1 and _N as it grows larger.

It is not physically at this location, but is required to be according to sitemap schema rules (sitemap file must load from same directory as base content). To keep things neat, it's in its own folder. The htaccess file performs the proper redirect.
