Problems with site map address

Hi

Thanks again to the vBSEO team for getting me up and running with the plug in. It's an excellent tool...

I've just got round to setting up my sitemap properly but I'm having a bit of trouble with the address

As far as I can establish, the following .htaccess entries should allow the site address to be:

http://www.renaultforums.co.uk/sitemap_index.xml.gz

Code:

RewriteRule ^(sitemap.*\.(xml|txt)(\.gz)?)$ vbseo_sitemap/vbseo_getsitemap.php?sitemap=$1 [L]

However, if I visit this address it does not work. If I visit this address:

http://www.renaultforums.co.uk/vbseo...p_index.xml.gz

I do get some XML returned:

Unfortunately, Google just can not find my sitemap?

I'm obviously doing something wrong but I can't see what

Hello Mike,

please make sure that specified RewriteRule line is added at the top of .htaccess (right after "RewriteEngine on" line).
