SEO

There is some problem with the sitemap file..

The first sitemap i created was perfect i submitted it to yahoo and google and everything seemed to be fine..

Then i installed vbSEo..

Just now when i tried loggin in to http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/siteoverview i got the error saying sitemap not found..

I tried visiting www.ashokforums.com/sitemap_1.xml it gives a error sitemap not found too although the sitemap_1.xml file is in the public_html directory..

Then i tried visiting http://www.ashokforums.com/forums/vb...temap_1.xml.gz from my browser.. File not found error :(

Whats wrong? I am unable to figure out the problem..

Sitemap are generated, i get no error.. i can even download the site maps.. The sitemap file in sitemap_1.xml.gz opens in dreamweaver and wordpad.. But when i try uploading the same file to my website root i get a error :(
