problem in enter forum

hello dears ,

i have aproblem in my site i setup vbseo and this my second site i setup to it.

my problem in site which when i wirte such that
xxxxxxxxxx.com
it loads very nice but when member try to enter it did not enter

but i found if load www.xxxxxxxxxx.com and when member enter now it is good to enter .

so i want to know how to make when any body go to xxxxxxxxxx.com it transfer him to www.xxxxxxxxxx.com
such that here in vbseo

when i write vbseo.com it transfer me to www.vbseo.com

second problem ....i make firewall to my admincp (vbulletin forum)
when i try go to

www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/admincp

it return my to my homepage
www.xxxxxxxxxx.com

please any body help me.
