About LinkBacksI upgraded to the new version of the sitemap generator as soon as it came out, and I realized a few days ago that I'm not receiving the notification emails (I received them daily prior to upgrading).
I checked everything in the settings, including my email address, and the settings are correct as far as I can tell.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Peggy,
Have you checked your spam filters? Has anything else changed, mail-wise on your server/client?

I think it would be best to open a ticket with admincp/ftp/vbseo_sitemap credentials so we can take a look.

You can check with your hosting support whether they've changed something and check your server's error log for related reports.

I have done both of these things. Trust me, I covered all the bases before I posted first at vb.org, and then here.
As I said, I was receiving the emails until I upgraded to this latest version of the sitemap generator.

Are the sitemaps generated correctly daily though? Does it work if you temporarily reupload old version?

I don't have a copy of the previous version. I've never had a problem with the generator upgrades so I didn't save it.
From what I can tell from the reports, the sitemap seems to be generated successfully, and google/yahoo is pinged successfully - see attachement), but I'm not getting the emails notifications.

Is that the last successful sitemap generation? (August, 4) Please PM me your FTP login details and vbseo_sitemap password and I will check that.

Hi Joe. It was resolved, thanks to Oleg, in that I had to change the email address to my domain address, rather than my IP address. I get them now, through the domain address.
