You should modify the one that is located in forums folder.

& In google webmaster tools & analytics they ask for sitemap url..ok?
& my root is root/forums/
So for true analytics which url i should submit?
dats my domain name or domain/forums/
???

You should submit http://domain/forums/sitemap_index.xml.gz sitemap
