Things to check:

1) cookie domain in vB ACP. it should be ".yourdomain.com" (note the prefix period)
2) if you haven't set this up, in the htaccess file, there are two lines commented at the top (# is the comment) to send non-www to www.yourdomain.com. You'll want to turn that on to keep everyone on the www version of your site

Hello,

Thank for helping me. I did follow and do the steps above, but my members still complained that that problem is still there, and they have to login many times to be logined. Sometime they were logout automatically during browsing forum.

Hello,

I see that you have your forums URL defined as non-www domain, but you don't have 301 redirect from www domain to non-www domain, i.e. when someone enters www.domain.com/forum/page/ it should be redirected to domain.com/forum/page/

Hello,

I did follow guide above, but my members still complained the problem was still there. They are automatically logout whey they are browsing.

I live in USA, I don't have that problem. I did try at home or at work, the forum is fine. But my members from Vietnam country have that problem. Is the IP or Proxy apart in this problem?

Looks like you still did not setup 301 redirect though, when I enter http://www.yourdomain.com/diendan/ it should redirect to http://yourdomain.com/diendan/

I did follow that instruction. My forum is in subfolder. So I did edit htaccess according to that instruction and put it in folder root, not forum root.

For example:

.../public_html/.htaccess file

I didn't edit it in forum root

.../public_html/diendan/

But, in that instruction, they didn't show how to edit .htaccess if the forum is subfolder or they said there is not need to edit if the forum is subfolder. So I don't know how.

Would you please show me how.

In your forums folder you should find:
Code:
#RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.yourdomain\.com
#RewriteRule (.*) http://www.yourdomain.com/forums/$1 [L,R=301]
uncomment it and replace with (put your domain name there):
Code:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^yourdomain\.com
RewriteRule (.*) http://yourdomain.com/diendan/$1 [L,R=301]

Hello Staff,

My forum is using Non-www version . As I see above, maybe you gave me the www version. I did try your suggestion, but it appeared "page not found" or could not get into my forum.

Would you please correct it!

The second line should be:
Code:
RewriteRule (.*) http://yourdomain.com/diendan/$1 [L,R=301]

Hello Staff,

I did follow your instruction, but now it turns to another problems.

For example: If I type www.mydomain.com/diendan in the address bar , the address will automatically turn to http://www.mydomain.com/diendan and then it turns to "Page Not Found".

Is it suppose to be that case? Do we have to choose one way or another?

The redirect doesn't seems to be working, please open a support ticket with ftp access to resolve the issue.
