    Live.com ping: FAILED

    Yahoo ping: Successful.
    Ask ping: Successful.
    Moreover ping: Successful.
    Live.com ping: FAILED.


    how can i get it to work

    Google ping: Successful
    Yahoo ping: Successful
    Ask ping: Successful
    Moreover ping: Successful
    Live.com ping: FAILED

    I need to re-open the ticket?
