In my sitemap report to my email, it said that Live.com ping: FAILED.

Any ideas why and how to fix it?

I've executed sitemap generator and it has not reported any problems with Live.

Actually I just noticed that my sitemap has been failing to be downloaded: Your Google Sitemap Index URL: http://www.gamerzneeds.net/sitemap_index.xml.gz

When you click on that link above, it gives an error. I might have to make a change to my httaccess? if so, what should be included?

try re-uploading/installing 2.2 again. your ftp client might have ate a file half way or something

Yeah I thought of that, but then it is happening on both my forums gamerzneeds.net/forums and Buy-Host - Webhosting, vBulletin Scripts and modifications - The Revolution is here!

I'll give it a go tho, my sitemaps should be getting generated soon.
