Just had sitemap professionally installed... Is this OK?

I had an old sitemap version installed but it was disabled.

I just had vbseo professionally install it again with my vbseo purchase. Does this webmaster tools screenshot look OK? Is it working?

It seems to me like google is not indexing any of it as per the column on the far right....

I would remove all of your old sitemaps and submit your sitemap_index.xml.gz to Google Webmaster Tools.

Well, the old ones are not in the sitemap directory anymore.

All those red xs in the google site report are next to maps that must have been generated when your installer created the first sitemap of our site. Our site is over 4 million posts deep so the sitemap is split over those others i reckon...

    Why the red xs?

Sorry, I misread your image attachment guidelines... A bigger version is attached.

Do I have to resubmit my sitemap (I haven't since the pro install of vbseo & sitemap was completed) even though google seems to be getting these ones most of the time...?

Looks like you add the wrong sitemap URL, that's your sitemap correct URL
    Code:
    http://www.tribemagazine.com/board/sitemap_index.xml.gz
So remove the old sitemap URL in your Google webmaster and add this
    Code:
    board/sitemap_index.xml.gz
