Issue with SEO Friendly URLS in Sitemap

My URLs that are generated by VBSEO for my vBa Dynamics articles portion of my site are not SEO friendly... when automatically generated. Fine when manually created?!?!?

For example this is one entry in the site map:
www.puaforums.com/articles/showentry.php?e=2

That really should be the friendly URL of:
www.puaforums.com/articles/pick-up-artist-articles-1/chemistry-between-two-people-not-just-mad-science-2/

I am using the following recommended add on:
vbseo_sm_dynamics.php

Now here is the weird part.

When I manually run the sitemap generator in VBSEO, the URLs in the sitemap for those articles are correct.

When the job runs itself, the urls are bad. When I manually run the report they come out good ?!?

You need to contact vBA Dynamics add on creator to get this corrected.

I did - they told me to contact you.... :(

This issue is important because Google is not putting my articles in their index.. BUT people who are scraping them (even if they link back are all ranking).
