I have been at this all day..

I can't beleive this but I have actually been trying to get this to work all day. I am trying to install vbseo on my vb 3.8.0 message board. I uploaded the "upload" folder in my vb folder which contains all of the uploaded files and folders for vb. This is my root, correct?

I then went directly to my host (bluehost) and found my config_vbseo.php' file. I then clicked "change permissions" and changed all three to 6 (666).

Then I typed http://www.norcalg35.com/forum/vbseocp.php into my browser and I get
    Not Found

The requested URL /forum/vbseocp.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am certain there is something simple I am screwing up, can anyone help?

    Best Regards,
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

Sorry to hear this has been frustrating... but I believe I can see what's happened.

You've uploaded the *folder* called /upload/ to your forum root, rather than uploading the *contents* of the folder called /upload/ to your forum root.

    eg: http://www.norcalg35.com/forum/upload/vbseocp.php currently exists.

Something I have done many, many times myself in the past. If you just move the files/folders from that folder into the root, you should be good to go.
