Hello Jasse ,

Please disable Include Showpost Pages and Include Old Urls option within vBSEO Sitemap Generator Options . You should also delete all your existing sitemaps manually from vbseo_sitemap/data folder and regenerate sitemaps

It used to submit fine. Do I open a ticket?

Please create a support ticket with ftp and admincp login so we can investigate.
