How to remove - Powered by Vbulletin in Title

I did several searches for the subject process but was unsuccessful. Please point me to the thread URL so I can perform this process.

The goal is to remove this "Powered by vBulletin" from the title.

I think you can just change it in the language. Search for vBulletin and replace with the name that you want. But that will violate their TOS.
