How do I include custom pages in the sitemap?

I have some custom pages that I would like to include in the sitemap. How would I go about doing this?

I am using the vbtemplate system and plugins to control content. Is there a way to get these into the sitemap?

You should add them in extra-urls.txt file (one URL per line).
