The past few days I have seen the "Not Found" pages within Google Webmasters slowly increasing and is currently up to 96. The weird part is that 99% of the pages, well, let's just say I have no idea where or how Google came up with it.
Example: One of the entries is mydomain.com/store. Never have I ever had some kind of store or had a store directory. I checked out the page that supposedly links to it and found this
Obviously the thread links to that page, but how in the world does Google see that as mydomain.com/store? The rest of the 404 pages are basically the same thing, just to different URLs and Google sees them as mydomain.com/<some_page>Code:onclick="_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'Outgoing', 'www.revolvermag.com', '/store']);" href="http://www.revolvermag.com/store" target="_blank">www.revolvermag.com/store</a>
Any thoughts or input on this? Thanks
