Google Webmaster Tools Error

When I access my google webmaster tools it is showing me a warning with the following: how do I correct this?

URLs not followed
When we tested a sample of URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs redirect to other locations. We recommend that your Sitemap contain URLs that point to the final destination (the redirect target) instead of redirecting to another URL. Help

Hello ,

You should disable Include old urls option , delete all your existing sitemaps and regenerate sitemaps.

Ok I got the include old urls diabled.

Also with the sitemaps are you saying to delete the entire vbseo sitemap plugin from my control panel and re-install everything to fix that part?

I went into the sitemaps reports and saw all the previous "Reports List" I deleted all the reports list in there and then re-ran the sitemap generator.... is that what you are talking about?
