Google Sitemap Error

Hi Guys,
I have come across a few posts but nothing seems to hit the nail on the head so to speak.

I was just looking through Google webmaster tools and noticed the following attachment.

Any idea's how I can correct it?

You should not include showpost urls in your sitemaps at all.

Ahh awesome thanks for that, have just corrected that now.

Is there anything else I should switch off?

I always suggest to only include showthread and forumdisplay urls only.

Once you change your settings please make sure to delete your existing sitemap files within vbseo_sitemap/data folder and regenerate them
