Google indexing incorrect url format.

I installed vbseo sitemap generator about 6 days ago.

Before vbseo sitemap, my indexed urls would looked like this:
www.----.com/showthread.php?10-friendly-url

After vbseo sitemap, my indexed urls look like this:
www.----.com/showthread.php?10

This last url format is not in the Friendly URLs options in vbulletin so I am guessing it's a vbseo sitemap issue.

Is there a way to fix this or should I use vbulletin's sitemap generator instead?

vbseo sitemap is not comaptible with vb4 SEO.

Use vb's built in sitemap for vb's seo.
vbseo sitemap is for vbseo-enabled forums, or non-seo forums only.
