Google Error on sitemap download
For some reason just recently, or at least, since I the last time I checked, Google webmaster tools is showing an error on downloading my sitemap files.

The error I get is very odd, as I've checked the sitemap files and they do contain URL's but maybe it's not what they think it is, I honestly have no idea.

I've verified permissions (0777 on data and 0666 on contents of directory). The URL submitted is

I'm at a loss as to what could be causing this.

I did generate about 4 times today trying to get this to work, but none of it seemed to help.

Is it reported for sitemap_index.xml.gz sitemap file or another one? (sitemap_1(2,3..).xml.gz)

Actually it says it for all the sitemap_1(2,3...).xml.gz files. I don't recall it actually saying the index had any problems.

The entries in your sitemap index are linking to:
Code:
http://www.allthingmoto.com/forums/sitemap_1.xml.gz
instead of:
Code:
http://www.allthingsmoto.com/forums/sitemap_1.xml.gz
if you have changed "Sitemap Files URL" in the options, make sure that it has correctly spelled domain name.
