Google complains about errors?

I have VBSeo sitemap installed and configured to cut each file into groups of 5000 URLS. The problem is that sitemaps sitemap_45.xml.gz and sitemap_46.xml.gz are shown with errors in Google Webmasters, but I swear I cannot see what's wrong.

Let's see, for sitemap_45.xml.gz:

11979 Parsing error We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.
11979 Invalid URL This is not a valid URL. Please correct it and resubmit.

ok, so I downloaded the file and found that lines 11978 through 11983 read as follows:

<url>
<loc>http://www.chilehardware.com/foro/tags/ancho/</loc>
<priority>0.7</priority>
<lastmod>2008-01-09T06:00:23+00:00</lastmod>
<changefreq>weekly</changefreq>
</url>

the other case is pretty much the same.

PD: as you can see, I'm using code monkey's tags plugin.

Try to remove all sitemap files and re-generate them.

I've done that several times but I'll do it again and post back in a day or two

I forgot about this thread. I update you: the problem was zoints tags with non english chars. I tampered with code monkey plugin to replace those before adding tags to the sitemap.
