Google analytics

Read previous threads about Google analytics but most of them seem above me. Ha d realised a couple of days abefore that analytics wasn't set up in the VBSEO adminCP so did the following:

Add Google analytics code to your forum pages? Yes
Enter your Google analytics code in the following format? added see below

My code is in fact in a slightly different format to your UA-9999-1

Mine is UA-??????? 7 numerals no hyphens after the UA- I just added it as is.

Anyway the info is getting thru to the Google analtics reports

You are receiving stats in your Google Analytics account now?

Sorry Joe my first post wasn't very clear - no I'm not getting the stats.

when you go to analytics and click on the track stats where it gives you the code, it should have a -X, most likely -1 if it's your first site and you didn't delete a mess-up.

without the -X, that's just your google account number, not your site Id
