Most likely, you have chown and/or chmod permission issues.

The EASIEST thing to do is to rename /hits to /hitsold
downloads.dat to downloadsold.dat

since these items are server created, your old server probably still 'owns' them, thus your new one can't write/create into them.

no need to make new ones... the server will generate them on their own.

thanks for your support brian.
i rename the downloads.dat to downloadsold.dat, and keep the "old" /hits folder (work fine).
i will let you know if its work (the "old" wat at chmod 644)

btw: jest wonder, chown and/or chmod permission set only to .log file ?
that mean that bots download my sitemap but i cant see that on the logs?

the log files are for reporting only. google won't ever do anything with them.

yes brian, but is google web masters tools i can see that the last time that
google bot downloiad my site map was in the 23/7 - same as the vbseo logs.
so i can guess that some thing dont work fine with vbseo and my new server,
i rename the "old" files and folder like you suggest, and still -nothing change

now i have new issue, its look like vbseo is freeze my site/forum.
i can get it to anmin control panel (fast) and all the options there work and fast,
but sometimes when i presss on the vbseo sitemap report on my admin cp it freez for 1 min,
and my site is freezing as well.

EDIT: my issue with the freezeing is in my server, i will work it out.
