errors with sitemap

In the google.com/webmaster/tools page I was getting errors for the forum sitemap. I looked in the vbseo_sitemap page and the link to the site map (http://www.socaltrailriders.org/foru...p_index.xml.gz) gives this error:

All the reports and such still look OK in the vbseo_sitemap page though.

I changed the thing in google's tools page to the sitemap_1.xml.gz file and no more errors there.

What went wrong and will sitemap_1.xml.gz still work?

Try downloading vBSEO Sitemap 1.7 RC4 and installing that.

how do you know which is rc4?

The downloads screen doesn't say what version it is..

There should only be one 1.7 listed. That will be the latest one.
